Your purchase of Artmonk products or services is subject to certain Terms and Conditions. By ordering art from Artmonk, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Colors in the Final Print
Artmonk cannot guarantee an exact match of colors between the final canvas print and what is displayed on your screen. While we strive for accuracy, variations may occur due to differences in screen settings. We aim to deliver prints with colors as close as possible to what you see on your screen.
Return and Refund Policy
Artmonk will provide a replacement if a product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days after the delivery, or if the product is damaged during the delivery process.
In such cases, you are required to take a photograph of the damaged product and send it to our support team. Upon receipt of the product or photograph, Artmonk will either send a replacement product or issue credit to your Artmonk Account for future purchases.

Material for Printing
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed our website and conducted independent research on the materials used for printing. Artmonk will not be held responsible if the materials are different from what you perceived based on the information provided on the website.

You acknowledge that Artmonk requires a production time of 1-3 days from the order placement date. Additionally, shipping times may vary depending on your response to our inquiries regarding your order.
