Shipping

Delivery costs

Shipping is free for orders over €59. For orders under €59, delivery costs a flat rate of €5.90 to Europe, USA and Canada and €14.90 to all other countries.

Shipping time

Once you’ve placed your order, the delivery process typically takes 3-7 business days.
We work with over 120 production partners in the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, United Kingdom, USA.

Delivery

For the majority of orders, particularly those with bigger prints, we organize delivery directly to your doorstep via courier. It’s important to provide specific delivery instructions for your package in case you’re not available to receive it. Our couriers are instructed not to leave packages unattended without your explicit consent.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the packaging, we strongly advise you NOT to accept the delivery. Kindly request the courier to return the parcel, and promptly inform us at info@artmonk.net.
In the rare event that your parcel is left unattended with damaged packaging, please notify us within 24 hours. Attach photos of both the damaged box and print to your email. This will enable us to swiftly arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

Return

While we are confident that you will be thrilled with your purchase, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Our goal is to make this process as seamless as possible for you!

Faulty or damaged goods

At Artmonk, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you happen to receive a print from us that is faulty or damaged, we are committed to promptly replacing it at no cost to you. Should you receive an item where the packaging or the item itself shows clear and significant damage, we kindly ask that you take a photo clearly depicting the damage, refuse to accept the delivery, and immediately reach out to us. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues with your order.

Change of mind

We create prints to order for all purchases, which means we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size choices. We encourage you to carefully review your selections before completing your purchase to ensure they meet your specifications.
